What is beanbundle?

This is not a phone bundle. Or a baby bundle. Or a food bundle. This is beanbundle.

A coffee subscription service that allows you to experience a variety of leading Canadian roasters from coast to coast. We strive to find roasters who have an ethical, sustainable and direct trade philosophy.

When will my order ship?

We will begin procuring your beans as soon as your order is placed. We ship orders twice a month.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to Canada. We will launch shipping to the US as soon as COVID border restrictions are eliminated. 

How much does shipping cost for subscriptions?

Shipping is always free for subscriptions.

How much does shipping cost for Brewing Equipment & Gear?

Shipping charges are product specific for Brewing Equipment & Gear. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about a specific product.

Where do you get your beans?

We procure the best roasts from around Canada. In the future, we will be adding beans from international roasters.

Yes we do! We offer 4 different subscriptions:

How much coffee comes in each bundle?

We offer 3 different bundles:

2 x 12oz - Two unique roasts. 12oz in each bag. This option makes ~60 cups.

3 x 12oz - Three unique roasts. 12oz in each bag. This option makes ~90 cups.

1 x 5lb - One unique roast. 1 5lb bag. This option makes ~200 cups.

How fresh are the beans?

Quality and freshness are the 2 most important characteristics of a great roast. We aim to ship our bundles within 7 days of the roast date, leaving just enough time for the beans to properly degas. 

What kind of beans will I receive (light, medium or dark)

We procure the finest beans from the best roasters. You will receive a selection of light/medium, dark, or espresso roasts. Your subscription will be customized to you. Every month is different. 

Can I pause my subscription?

Absolutely. Just sign into your account and select the pause option. Shoot us an email if you need detailed instructions. 

Do you accept returns?

Equipment can be returned within 30 days, as long as it is still in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shopify Pay, and Paypal.

We will be accepting Bitcoin as soon as we set up our BTCPay Server.
